Fiko was so excited to to play that the second I got out his feather toy, he started meowing like I was holding a can of tuna (see tuna video in previous post for tuna meowing). You can see the excitement in his face (and teeth...and claws).
We're going to Hawaii (yay) so this will be the last post for a couple weeks. I wish we could take the cats on vacation with us, but Rob bought me a cat cam so I can make sure their auto feeder is working while we're away (and so I won't miss them so much, maybe).
I got automatic feeders for the kitties so they'll stop scratching at my eyelids at 5:30 every morning. Romeo, the oinker, was trying desperately to get out even a morsel of food from this container, but the angle was too steep. You should have heard the whimpers of frustration.
Fiko looooves his new eyeball toy (thank you for the thoughtful gift, gretchdragon and friend of gretchdragon!) filled with catnip. We look forward to more skillfully knitted body parts.
Fiko is SO helpful. No matter what I'm doing (holiday cards, banking, working on the computer), Fiko is there, right in the MIDDLE of it all. What a big helper.

(These guys were hissing and swatting at each other only 4 months ago!)
I love to shop and I love to get a great deal. This blog was named after two cats (one still with us and one not), who were like night and day, but were both, well...cats.
