"A Little Fat"

At 15 lbs, Romeo is, according to the vet's formal diagnosis, "a little fat." Here he is, smashing down the quilt since he thinks it's too puffy.

I Spy

These are images taken from the cat cam. If you've ever wondered what your pets (well, cats anyway) do while you are away at work, this is the answer. Nothing. They are the laziest, luckiest furballs on earth.

Look At Me, I'm a Kitten, Too!

Romeo was feeling a little left out of all the new kitten videos so decided to put on a performance last night.

Momo Discovers the Cat Pillow

Momo passed out in the cat pillow for over 2 hours. Funny how they just know when something is made for them.

Romeo Plays Mama

Fierce Kitty

Three Boys

Fiko is still getting used to the little booger (he's scared of him for some reason), but Romeo has already warmed up to the guy!

Sleepy

Scratcher

He knew instinctively that the scratcher was meant for kitties...I wish he'd know instinctively how to cover his little poops in the litter box!

Momo Learns How To Pounce

True Colors

Here's a photo without flash so you can get a better idea of his coloring - he's off white with darker ears and feet, and blue blue eyes! Oh, and very fluffy as you can see.

Momo!! It's Official!

I've decided to keep him! Meet Momo. He's 4 weeks old, a stray, but the vet called him a "Blue Point Lynx," how fancy. The vet and assistants could not put him down (even though he has a slight eau d'skunk aroma). He's healthy and has no feline leukemia so I can now let him meet Fiko and Romeo.

Romeo Checking Out the Baby

He's got his mad face on.

Meet FluffyFace

This is a stray kitten that was found by my office. He fits in the palm of my hand, and my hand isn't very big. He got lost from his mama sometime this morning, so this has been a big day for him - his first encounter with a human, first non-mama's-milk meal, and first tummy tickle, among many other things. He'll remain unnamed so that I don't get too attached (let's just call him FluffyFace for now). I've been thinking about wanting a 3rd cat, but then I wonder if that might send me straight to the crazy cat lady category? Then again, I have a blog about my cats, so am I already a crazy cat lady? And if #Cats > #People (in House), does People = Crazy? Or maybe House = Farm? In any case, I'm casually kinda sorta not really trying to find him a home. Should I just keep him?

Chameleon

Can you see me?

My 3 Cats

We call this rug the 3rd cat, since both cats seem to hang out by it and play with it ALL the time.

Old Man Fiko

No, Don't Go

I'm getting ready to sell this cabinet, and Fiko doesn't seem to want to see it go. He's been saying goodbye for the last couple of days.

Fiko in Motion

Some of you have asked for more videos. Here's typical Fiko, rolling around and talking.
