I find this new family dynamic so fascinating. Is it because the "new kitties" feel some sort of "new guys on the block" solidarity? Is Fiko the Alpha Cat? Is it the oldest and youngest siblings ganging up against the middle child? Is it because M & R have furs in the cool color family and F's is in the warm color family? Am I a TOTAL GRADUATE STUDENT DORK for having these thoughts, a situation analysis if you will? (Don't worry, I haven't changed - I still love Jessica Simpson.)
bebeme, I like the way you think. If I had to guess, Romeo is just too lazy to object to Momo's affections. Momo learned early on that Fiko was afraid of him - why, I have no idea, since he was the size of a large mouse when I first brought him home. In any case, I don't know what I'd do w/o "Mama Romeo"!
So it's not nearly as catty and fraught with alliances as I thought. Just a really enthusiastic cat, a lazy cat and a 'fraidy cat. Still fascinating. :-)
I love to shop and I love to get a great deal. This blog was named after two cats (one still with us and one not), who were like night and day, but were both, well...cats.
