So then...

I figured that maybe going down the stairs for the first time is scarier than going up, so I carried him down and he explored downstairs for a while. THEN, he climbed up the stairs on his own (!!!) and 2 steps from the top, he looked back down and decided he wanted to be downstairs again, at which point he JUMPED from there! I tried to stop him but he was just desperate to be downstairs again. Could this be why he was limping the other day? I think the curve in the staircase is confusing him...is he ever going to figure this out before breaking all of his legs? I'm going to block the gaps between the stairs for now so he doesn't break a leg or something.
